Welcome to International Nutritionist by Virginia Candelaresi CNP, RNCP
As a Registered Nutritional Consulting Practitioner, I specialize in providing individualized Lifestyle Plans to optimize health and wellbeing.
I became a Certified and Registered Nutritionist because I had Irritable Bowel Syndrome at the age of 17. Doctors ignored my symptoms and provided prescriptions for hormonal imbalance instead. I knew in my gut that I was not directed properly, so I took a more holistic approach.
With awareness, I began with eliminating foods that caused pain and bloating.
Once I found my body healing, I wanted to learn more and teach others as well.
For the past 20 years, I have looked forward in guiding others towards their direction in health.
